A Day in the Life of a Account Executive at RepairPlugin
Each day as a Account Executive at RepairPlugin is dynamic and offers the opportunity to connect with a range of clients and prospects. You start your morning by checking in on current clients, making sure they’re getting the most out of our platform. You may offer tailored advice on features they haven’t yet explored, ensuring they’re maximizing the potential of their tools.
After a morning coffee, you shift your focus to potential new clients. Your afternoon might involve an introductory video call with a shop owner who’s considering RepairPlugin, guiding them through the benefits of our platform and how it can streamline their customer booking process. Between calls, you identify new prospects, reach out to schedule appointments, and discuss how RepairPlugin’s solutions can make a difference in their business.
Later, you’ll work closely with new clients, providing a smooth onboarding experience by walking them through their first steps with RepairPlugin. Throughout the day, you stay engaged with the team via chat, sharing insights and best practices, and when more complex customer questions arise, you collaborate to ensure clients always receive prompt, knowledgeable support.
You wrap up your day by reviewing upcoming leads, updating CRM notes, and preparing for tomorrow’s meetings, satisfied that you’re helping repair shops thrive with our cutting-edge solutions.
What You Bring
- Ideally, experience in the telecom sector or familiarity with repair services or a background in other SaaS solutions.
- Strong language skills in Dutch and English, with German or Spanish as a plus
- A proactive and organized approach, comfortable with managing your day independently
- A natural talent for sales and building genuine client relationships
- A commitment to ongoing learning and open to feedback
