Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all plugins and themes sold by RepairPlugin, registered in the Netherlands.
Plugin licensing
Purchasing a plugin from Repairplugin gives you non-exclusive limited license to use the plugin in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Software license
The software for all of our plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
Plugin license key
In addition to the software license, you will receive a non-transferable plugin license key.
The license key is issued to a specific account holder and is strictly personal. It may not be shared, sublicensed, sold or transferred without prior written consent from RepairPlugin.
License Types
RepairPlugin offers the following license durations:
- Monthly licenses
- 6-month licenses
- Annual licenses
- Lifetime licenses (only where explicitly offered)
Monthly, 6-Month and Annual Licenses
License keys are valid for the purchased period starting from the date of purchase.
To remain valid, the license must be renewed through an active subscription.
Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses do not expire and do not require renewal.
They include updates and support for as long as RepairPlugin actively maintains the plugin.
Free Trials
Subscriptions do not include a free trial by default.
A 30-day free trial can only be requested separately via the pricing page and is subject to approval.
If a free trial is converted into a paid subscription after the trial period ends, no refund is possible once the paid subscription has started, regardless of usage.
Use of license
A valid and active license key is required to:
- Use the plugin
- Access updates
- Receive support
If a license expires:
- The plugin will stop functioning
- A visible notice will be displayed on the front-end of the website indicating that the plugin is inactive
RepairPlugin reserves the right to revoke any license key used in violation of these Terms.
Subscription
When you purchase a plugin on a yearly or month plan (which includes all free trials), an subscription will automatically be created using your chosen payment method. If your subscription remains active then the plugin license key will automatically be renewed each year so that you can continue accessing updates and support with no break in service. You will automatically be billed using your original payment method when the license renews each time period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, either via your payment provider (e.g. by logging into your PayPal account and cancelling the recurring payment profile), from your account, or by contacting Repairplugin direct.
If you cancel your subscription before your license key expires then you will continue receiving updates and support until it expires at the end of the one year period.
After your license key expires, you cannot use the plugin anymore and you will not be able to receive updates or support.
If your license key expires then you can re-purchase the plugin at any time. This will resume your access the plugin, including your data, updates and support under a new license key.
For free trials, if you cancel your subscription before the free trial ends then you can continue using the plugin and receiving updates and support until the end of the free trial; after which the plugin will stop working on your site. To reactivate it and continue using the plugin, you must purchase a paid plan and get a new license key.
Support Eligibility
Support is only provided to the license account holder.
Support requests must be submitted using:
- The email address associated with the license account, or
- An email address from the same verified company domain (e.g. @company.com)
- Logged in the members portal on my.repairplugin.com
Support requests from third parties, external developers, agencies or unrelated email addresses will not be handled.
Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
When purchasing a monthly, 6-month or annual license, a subscription is created automatically.
By completing the first order, you explicitly grant RepairPlugin a recurring payment mandate to automatically renew the subscription using the selected payment method.
The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the customer in advance.
The recurring payment mandate is granted during the first order and remains valid for all subsequent renewals until the subscription is cancelled.
Cancellation
Subscriptions must be cancelled via the member portal:
Cancellations via email, support tickets or payment providers are not accepted.
If cancelled before the end of the billing period, access to the plugin, updates and support remains available until the license expires.
After expiration, the plugin will stop functioning.
Refund Policy – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first paid order of a subscription.
The refund policy does not apply to:
- Renewals
- Re-activations
- Subscriptions converted from expired trials
- Recurring payments after the first order
Upgrades
In case of a license upgrade, only the price difference between the original license and the upgraded license is eligible for refund within 30 days.
All other amounts are non-refundable.
Plugin delivery
Upon successful payment, plugin files and the license key are available via:
- The order confirmation page
- The customer account portal
- The confirmation email
If a license expires, is refunded or is revoked, download access will be discontinued.
Automatic plugin updates
Automatic updates are available only while the license is active.
Updates are delivered via the WordPress dashboard or can be downloaded from the account portal.
Warranty Disclaimer
All plugins are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
RepairPlugin does not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, browsers or hosting environments.
RepairPlugin shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss or business interruption.
Plugin support
Support is provided only while a valid license is active.
- Support includes:
- Plugin-specific issues
- Official integrations
- Minor styling fixes where output is incorrect
- Usage guidance without customization
Support excludes:
- Custom development
- Complex or time-consuming CSS changes
- Third-party conflicts
- Deprecated software versions
- Supporting more than two users per license
Third-Party Compatibility
Compatibility is guaranteed only for:
- WooCommerce (where applicable)
- Plugins and themes listed as official integrations
All other compatibility is best-effort only.
Support Timescales
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (CET)
Response times depend on the license tier and are targets, not guarantees.
Price changes
Repairplugin reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade the price or terms of a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent.
If you have an active subscription then the plugin will be renewed at the cost you originally paid, regardless of the cost for new customers. If you have cancelled your subscription then you must renew the license key at the current purchase price.
Ownership
All plugins, documentation and website content remain the property of Dutchmen B.V.
No intellectual or exclusive ownership rights are transferred.
Website & plugin content
All content on this website and throughout the plugin is the property of Dutchmen B.V. This includes images, videos, documentation and other information. It may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
If you are an affiliate wishing to promote our plugins, please contact us for permission before reusing any information from this website or the plugin.
Access for Support Outside the EEA
To provide plugin support, Repairplugin may engage its own fixed support staff outside the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically in Nigeria, Pakistan, India and Ukraine.
Access to a customer’s website or data only occurs under the following strict conditions:

Only when a support ticket has been opened by the customer.

Only when the customer has shared temporary login details with Repairplugin.

Login details are temporarily stored by Repairplugin and customers are advised to create a temporary password which can be deleted after the support request has been resolved.

Access is strictly limited to investigating the reported issue and implementing a solution.

Under no circumstances will data be exported, copied or stored outside the customer’s own environment.
Repairplugin takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure data and to ensure that processing outside the EEA complies with applicable data protection laws.
Storage of personal information
When you purchase a plugin from Repairplugin, we will store the following information relating to your purchase:
- Name
- Email address
- Billing address
- VAT number (if applicable)
- To ensure EU VAT compliance, we use your IP address to determine your country.
You may contact us at any point to request that this information is deleted. We do not have access to your payment information at any point. Payment is taken securely via either PayPal or Mollie, and your payment data is treated securely according to their respective privacy policies.
We will never sell or release your email address to any third party vendors.
Email communication
As well as emails relating directly to your purchase, Repairplugin may occasionally send you emails relating to the plugins you have purchased from us. For example, we will email to notify you of important new features that may benefit your website. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty, although this means that you may miss important new information about the plugin.
Disputes & Formal Communication
Any dispute, claim, or legal notice relating to payments, refunds, service performance, or contractual obligations must be submitted in writing to:
Support channels are not authorized to handle such matters.
Communication via support does not constitute proper notice, nor does it imply any admission, waiver, or acceptance by RepairPlugin.
All disputes are governed by the laws of The Netherlands and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a plugin from RepairPlugin, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses shall remain binding.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason, without prior notice or consent. You can visit this page at any time to view the current version.
